Challenge: GBM company required a customized warehouse solution to meet the needs of intermediary trade , using Hong Kong as a hub for receiving and clearing goods.
Solution: In response to GBM's requirements for handling goods inspection, transshipment customs declaration, mainland import clearance, transportation to the construction site in Guangzhou, and the need for foreign trade agency services, We designed a flexible warehousing and transportation solution. Upon arrival in Hong Kong, all goods were first delivered to our warehouse. A team consisting of representatives from our Hong Kong client, China Construction Third Bureau, Chow Tai Fook Group, and our company was present. The team provided space and workers for the client to inspect and count each piece of furniture. Upon identifying quality, size, and other issues during the inspection, our company promptly coordinated customs clearance procedures. The entire transport process was smoothly completed.
Result: Ensured the safe delivery of the imported high-end showroom furniture to the end customer. During transshipment in Hong Kong, the client experienced the convenience of inspecting the goods at our warehouse. After confirming that the goods met the requirements through multiple checks, quick customs declaration and transportation to the final destination were facilitated. This provided the client with significant convenience in controlling the quality and timeliness of the goods.
